Certified Sound Therapist

I am a seasoned educator, bassoonist, and sound therapist originally from St John’s, Newfoundland. I have taught music and performed as a bassoonist in six different provinces. I bring decades of experience teaching elementary music, band, musical theatre, and have performed as both second and principal bassoonist with the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, the PEI Symphony, the Calgary Civic Symphony, Symphony of the Kootenays, and most recently the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra. I recently became a certified sound therapist and am super excited about new adventures in this field.

About Boundless Sounds

Boundless Sounds was founded in the Spring of 2022 as a result of community need and great timing. When my husband and I moved to Christina Lake permanently in 2020 after years of seasonal residency, I was often being asked to offer private lessons. In addition, during the "Covid" years, many people seemed to be in need of something to help offset the stresses of life at that time. Gradually, my dream evolved of creating a business through which I could serve my new community by utilizing my wide variety of musical and educational skills. Boundless Sounds offers private lessons, sound therapy, music therapy, band and orchestra clinics, workshops for educators, customized team building experiences for a variety of organizations, and much more. In my “spare time”, I serve on the board of the Christina Lake Arts and Artisans Society (C.L.A.A.S.) and love to spend time with my husband Andreas and our two dogs Milo and Stella.
